Anniversary Cruise II

This was our second cruise on the Norwegian Bliss in less than eight months. We booked it when some of our friends invited us along to help celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. Since we were celebrating our 19th the same week, it seemed appropriate. Then we found through a Facebook group that a couple we met on our one Carnival cruise were onboard as well. So, there were lots of people we knew (relatively.) The hotel director remembered us from Alaska, since I organized the Meet & Greet for both cruises. Luckily, we had a decent turnout.

In terms of itinerary, I’m pretty sure this was designed to let people have time to see the ship – three sea days in a week-long cruise and a call on Nassau which is not the most popular of ports. I actually liked the flow of the itinerary – two sea days, two ports, sea day, port – but having a port as the last day tended to confuse us, since we’re used to being at sea.
